Sehat sabse sunder hota hi

ye bat to jag jahir hi ki “Health is better than wealth “,hindi me bolte hi “swasthya dhan se se utam hi ” lekin ye bat manta kon hi ,jo manta hi aur jo ise jeevan salee ko apnata whi apne life me safal hi.Kyoki is jeevan me aur jo koe bhi bat aati hi vo sab sehat ke bad hi aata hi.Islea bhi apni sehat ka kehyal rakna sabko aana hi chaiea hi kyoki ye insan ki pehli jarurat hoti hi. Har koe ye sochta hi ki uska sawsthya hemesa acha rhe , acha rakne ke lea ek sawstya dinchyrya ko apnanana padta hi .usme jeevan me anusasan lana padta hi.Kana-peena bhi anusasit hona chaiea tabhi to sehat banti hi. koe insan bhut sunder ho lekin swasthya na ho to vo apna jeevan ka apne sunderta ka shi aananda nhi le pata hi .insan ki kaise bhi kad kathi ho vo swsathya hi vo apna jeevan ka puri urja ke sath labh utta sakta hi .

8-aap jaise jante hi hai ki jiska mansik sehat acha hota hi to vo samaj me bhi apni achi bhumika nibhata hi,aur unko samaz se bhi logo se bhi acha sambandh nibhata hi.
